Zheng Yi Sao Retired Undefeated ~ Comfort Colors Tee

Quit While Ahead ~ Permanently

Retirement speeches love the phrase leaving on a high note. One woman in the South China Sea took it literally, accepting a pardon while still ahead. For the boss who built the department and the woman planning a departure people will discuss for years.

• The Documented Part: Zheng Yi Sao took command of the Red Flag Fleet after her husband Zheng Yi died in 1807, accepted the Qing government's amnesty in 1810, and died in 1844.
• Retirement Gift With Teeth: For the mentor who taught the team to ask for more and mean it.
• Leadership Energy: Belongs to the woman in charge who has never once needed to raise her voice.
