Plot Twist Hornigold ~ Comfort Colors Tee

Took the Pardon ~ Kept the Ship ~ Changed Targets

Benjamin Hornigold made his living as a pirate until 1718, when he took the king's pardon and let Governor Woodes Rogers hire him to hunt everyone who had not. He caught two pirate captains, chased Charles Vane, and by December the governor was writing home about what a fine job he was doing.

• Reassigned by: Part of Pirate History & Legends, where the plot twist came with a government paycheck.
