Please Submit Your Complaint to the Plank ~ Comfort Colors Tee

Your Feedback Is Important ~ Mind the Drop

Eleven years on the phones. Every version of 'let me speak to someone else'. Every man who asked for a manager and got one who agreed with her. The complaints desk has moved to the edge of the deck, and it has a very short queue.

• For the headset veteran: Call center lifers, front desk heroes, and anyone who has smiled through a refund demand with no receipt.
• Retirement gift for the frontline: Give it the day she hangs up for the last time and means it.
• Processed by Modern Scoundrels: Where customer complaints are handled quickly and at sea level.
